I was incredibly nervous the first time and he was so patient and didn't make me feel bad about being a little scuuured. 

He is thorough and talks you through everything. I had a few things that needed to be done and was a little overwhelmed. Dr. Jan sat with me and helped me map up a game plan which put me at ease. He answers all your questions and didn't make me feel like anything I asked was dumb.
